THE CNL PHILOSOPHY
CNL understands there are many ways a company can serve its community, from funding to helping hands and education.
The needs of a community are great, but we have chosen to focus our corporate resources and associate talents on the four areas we believe hold the greatest potential to strengthen and enrich our communities for generations to come:
- Leadership & Entrepreneurship
- Arts & Culture
- Homeless and Poverty
Encouraging faithful stewardship
CNL encourages a healthy balance between work, family and community, enabling associates to capture the volunteer spirit. CNL associates are members of numerous boards both civic and non-profit, such as Frontline Outreach, Central Florida Partnership, The Orlando Museum of Art, and the Heart of Florida United Way.
CNL associates are committed to making a difference, specifically in the Orlando community. Our associates spend many hours volunteering with non-profit organizations and revitalizing the neighborhoods in which we live.
Associates also participate in an annual Workplace Giving Campaign that supports more than 100 non-profit organizations, such as A Gift for Teaching and The Foundations for Orange, Seminole and Osceola Public Schools.
