(DALLAS) October 2, 2012 — CNL Commercial Real Estate’s Dallas office has completed 18 transactions, totaling 86,500 SF, in the Dallas and Irving areas over the past four months. CNL’s Brian Brooks, Campbell Henry and Will Sale represented Amegy Bank, Page Parkes Modeling Agency, Amtel, and Elephant Oil & Gas in these transactions.
CNL Commercial Real Estate opened its Dallas office in the summer of 2010, bringing on industry veterans Jimmy Grisham and Jim Wells to lead efforts in Texas and the Southwest. Since that time, the office has added several other employees, including seven additional brokers and two senior property managers.
