(ORLANDO, Fla.) March 1, 2012 — CNL Crosland Commercial Real Estate has leased 5,125 square feet of premiere retail space at Blakeney Crossing to Today’s Outdoor Living, a Charlotte retailer specializing in patio furniture, grilling equipment, pool supplies and other outdoor items. Gwen Glaeser, a vice president for CNL Crosland, brokered the lease for the shopping center.

This lease marks an expansion for Today’s Outdoor Living, with its previous store only occupying 3,385 square feet. The store opened in February and now carries new lines of inventory and offers a broader selection.

Blakeney Crossing, an 87,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Best Buy and PetSmart, located on the northeast corner of Ardrey Kell and Rea Roads, is a part of a 270-acre multi-use development.  Additional tenants include Salsarita’s, Room 18 Asian and Sushi Bar, Omaha Steaks, Newk’s Cafe and many others. Bank of America is located on an outparcel on Ardrey Kell Road.
