(DALLAS) September 6, 2012 — Veterans of the Dallas fashion scene are partnering together to open Warehaus, a 1,300-square-foot upscale men’s clothing store. Warehaus will open later this month in the trendy West Village mixed-use development and will feature both casualwear and formal attire.

The boutique is named for Patrick Ware, former general manager of Lifestyle Fashion Terminal, a large department store that was known for bringing trendy and upscale fashions to Dallas. When Lifestyle Fashion Terminal closed in early 2009, Ware began exploring the idea of opening his own clothing store, a dream he is now realizing with Warehaus. He is partnering with Erin McBriar, a former fashion buyer for Lifestyle Fashion Terminal, former cast member on VH1’s reality show “Football Wives,” and the wife of former Dallas Cowboys’ punter Mat McBriar. Tony Medley will serve as the store’s business manager.

“I have wanted to open a boutique like this for several years and am lucky to have found the right partners in Erin (McBriar) and Tony (Medley),” said Ware. “The timing is now right for us to open Warehaus, and we look forward to welcoming our first customers later this month.”

Will Sale, vice president of CNL Commercial Real Estate, represented the trio in the transaction.

“The owners of Warehaus wanted to locate their store Uptown and so West Village was the obvious choice when we began looking for specific locations,” Sale said. “This boutique will be the perfect complement to the stores that are already located in that area.”

Located just north of downtown Dallas in the affluent Uptown section, West Village contains upscale shopping, dining and entertainment in a walkable environment. The mixed-use development opened in 2001.
