(ORLANDO) March 13, 2012 — J. Paul Reynolds, a Central Florida real estate veteran, has joined CNL Commercial Real Estate, an affiliate of CNL Financial Group, as a Principal in the company’s Orlando headquarters. Reynolds will join the group’s Landlord Advisory Practice and provide expertise and experience to continue to expand the company’s existing client portfolio.

Prior to joining CNL Commercial Real Estate, Reynolds was first vice president with CBRE and has also served as first vice president at Trammell Crow.  Throughout the course of his career, Reynolds has facilitated lease transactions totaling over $400 million and worked with clients such as MetLife, Great Point Investors, LNR, Orlando Central Services, P. Barnett Construction and Sentinel Real Estate Corporation.

Reynolds will join Alex Rosario, a vice president with CNL Commercial Real Estate, in leading the Landlord Advisory Practice.  With the addition of Reynolds, CNL’s portfolio of office listings will exceed 1.5 million square feet of office space. CNL’s portfolio currently includes CNL Center I & II, Palladium, Maitland Green I & II and several other significant assets in the Central Florida area.
